Taking photos for Christmas Cards.

Port of Tauranga

Thank goodness the wind has stopped and we can walk about outside without loosing our hats!!! Where is this wind coming from??
But, I should not complain because the sun is shining and we are able to get down to Memorial Park and take our Christmas photo.
The sky is not as blue as it could be, but if we wait for a perfect day Christmas will have come and gone!

You must admit that looking at the photo, none of us is good with the camera!! Half the faces are covered and the other half of the people have so much room that they are lonely. We had tried so hard to give people a peep at what it is like to be in a warm climate for Christmas, I don't think we have succeeded too well.
Well I hope that everyone who gets our Christmas card will enjoy it and will have a very special Christmas.

Bye for now

your friend Margaret

Hello, my name is J and am one of the writer on this website.

I was quite surprised that it is cold in Rotorua, too. I am a student in Palmerston North and here is like "Where is summer??" And it's very very windy, too. I remember last year I used to get up because it was too hot to sleep in!

To me, the picture is beautiful enough and I think you've done very well with the camera because I'm not good myself.

Have a great Christmas and Merry Christmas to you.

It's a bit getiing better here in Palmy. But it's nothing like summer.

It's only a week or something til the Christmas comes! The Christmas's always good time of the year to catch up. I always love't. I'd better go and write some cards, too!

Talk to you later.

Hi J

I haven't told you but I'm having a house built at the moment. It is just the coolest house. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounges, groovy kitchen and dining room. Plus.......I have amazing views of the hills in the distance. It is great. I can't wait to move into it.

By the way, the weather is shocking again. It was a lovely morning earlier and now it is overcast and temperature has dropped. When will Summer come? Have a good week.

Hello, how are you?

The house sounds so cool. It is always good if you get everything new.It sounds like the house is gonna be quite big. And the view! That's something you can't really do anything unless you actually own it, is'nt it. I mean you can get the house renovated but you can't change the view! And I believe it's worthwhile to pay bit more money for it although I don't know if you bought the land or if you have already owned it.
Well, hope everything is going well for the house.

The weather here in Palmerston North is shocking too. Suddenly it's raining and after a few second it get sun shine and hot.

The Christmas is only a few days away.
Have a good week!
